Pillar 1 builds: AI Workflow Enablement, the workflow agents that ship the work. Pillar 2 protects: AI IP Protection, with AI Security Testing and Agentic AI Red Team as specialist services beneath. Every engagement is scoped end to end, fixed in price where possible, and aligned with the named governance frameworks your board and auditor read.
The two pillars
Pillar 1 build
The lead engagement. Start with a Workshop: A$1,500 + GST, a written proposal with a fixed price, yours whether or not we build it. Then a fixed-price Build and an optional monthly Evolve. Aligned with NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
Pillar 2 protect
Make sure the AI your business uses is not leaking what makes the business valuable. AI IP Audit: ranked exposure report and remediation plan, days not weeks. Two specialist services sit beneath this pillar.
Beneath Pillar 2 protect
When you already know what you need tested, these are the engagements. Both feed findings back into the AI IP Protection audit when both are scoped together.
Specialist · Protect
Manual testing of AI features in production. OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, agent guardrail bypass, RAG leakage, data exfiltration. Engineer-led.
Specialist · Protect
Adversarial assessment of agentic AI systems before they ship. Scope drift, evaluation rot, escalation gap, prompt-injection cascades, plan injection, tool-use exploitation.
